We have designed a set of packages that think of all the features you've ever thought of having at your wedding. We can also tailor these packages to your needs and provide a host of additional options. You can serve brunch or a sit-down dinner or a buffet with carving stations. And you will find our staff among the most friendly and highly trained you have ever encountered.

Hors d'oeuvres
Your guests will have one hour of butlered hors d'oeuvres. You choose the hors d'oeuvres from a fabulous list of hot or cold options. Consider these possibilities: Seared Ginger Duck Breast on Crostini with a Mango Chutney, Grape Tomatoes Filled with Roquefort Mousse, Baked Crab Meat and Cheddar in Puff Pastry or Steamed Dim Sum with Teriyaki Dipping Sauce.

Open bar
We serve premium brand liquors, selected wines, beer and soft drinks for the duration of the reception. Additional bar service is available for a further charge.

Wedding toast
Your guests can toast your big day with either Pine Hill's select champagne with a strawberry or wine.

Dinner selection
Dinner generally includes an appetizer, first course and your choice of two entree selections. The chef provides the appropriate starch and vegetable with each entrée. There are also dinner rolls, dessert and coffee and tea.
